The Kings have initiated his first visit from State to Vietnam invoking "to the sky, to the Earth and the man" in an old school in which he was educated to the young officials held in low esteem in the ideas of Confucius. Don Juan Carlos expressed its confidence in which the visit serves to foment the Spanish investments in this country. In addition, the King praised, before prime minister of this Socialist Republic of Southeast Asia, Phan Van Khai, the policy of changes initiated in Vietnam almost two decades ago, that have ended "at important reforms and the opening to the outside". Although the Kings in the evening arrived Sunday at Hanoi, has been this Monday when the president of Vietnam, Tran Duc Luang, gave the official welcome them in the Presidential Palace
