Infanta Leonor Turns 8

Infanta Leonor of Spain celebrated her 8th birthday on October 31st. Currently second in line to the throne, Leonor is the eldest daughter of Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia. The future Queen of Spain has a younger sister, Infanta Sofia.

Infanta Leonor was born on October 31st, 2005 and was baptised at the Chapel of the Palace of Zarzuela on January 14th, 2006. Their Majesties the King and Queen stood as her godparents.

Most recently Infanta Leonor accompanied her parents and younger sister to Mallorca for the annual Spanish Royal Family’s annual Summer Holiday at the Marivent Palace in Palma de Mallorca.
