The Danish Royal Court has announced today that Crown Princess Mary is pregnant with twins.
The statement says that the birth is expected to take place in January 2011, at the Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, where the couple’s two elder children, Prince Christian (4) and Princess Isabella (3) were born.
Prince Frederik and Princess Mary have been married since May 2004.

This is my favorite Royal family. I’m glad about them waiting twins. 2011 will be a special year for them. I wish them the best. They seem a couple in love. That’s nice.

@Ricarda
What do you mean about the rumours abour Isabella -
@Ricarda
That’s odd I have seen many pictures of the two smiling together, looking like a lovely couple. -
I’m danish and I can assure you there’s no rumours about Isabella. Ricarda you must explain yourself.
Also there is nothing about any change of a marriage agreement.
Crown princess Mary and crown prince Frederik is to the best of my knowledge very much in love.
As a matter of fact – there was a photographer at crownprincess Victoria’s wedding, who was hiding in a boat and photographed Mary and Frederik kissing very intense at a preparty held on a yacht.
Well, well, well, isn’t it strange. Since many years there is not a single picture, where these two look at each other. Then all these rumours about Isabella … and Mary’s change of marriage contract, by which she will now loose absolutely everything: children, no home, no apanage, nothing, in case of divorce and now twins. Very strange …
