The "Gran cruz (the brooch) y real orden de Isabel la Católica" .

The prince's order is "Real y distinguida orden de Carlos III".

Thank you all for bringing this "old" pictures back... there are so many photos of them daily that it looks as it happened lots of years ago...

She looks so elegant in the black dress and the blue sash. What is the brooch and order she is wearing on her. Felipe in his beard, he is definitly eyecandy.

I think I never said that but this was from far my favourite moment on Princess Letizia... They were in love, they were pretty and they were blessed by Pope who was already so diminished on his speaking capacities but still found the strength to say Prince Felipe that his wife was very beautiful...

I have the Hola issue on this visit and I will try to post the pics later, similar to Larzen's but a litle bigger...

And Prince Felipe with a beard... well... what can I say... stop heart !

I didn't know the photos report's of the Princes's visit at Vatican ( except one or two ) One word: It's fantastic.

The both look so beautiful, handsome and so " honey mooner".

For Letizia it's was the dream period before the begining of the hard tabloid's attacks and she looked so radiant.

I find that she is recovering this happiness, may be with less dream but with more palpable good fortune to have a marvellous baby.

As Larzen said, we weren't able to see many pictures from that stunning appearance in the Vatican, so I can only thank you very much indeed!

I have to say that I'm not a fan of the beard, but it doesn't matter; this was one of their best appearances ever! And it's with all the affection in the world that I look at the expression of HH Pope John Paul II... already so weak in his hillness, but still with all his charm in his glance, when he looked at the Princess!

This is a treasure!
