The Princes of Asturias will inaugurate next Monday Alimentaria 2008

Their Royal Highnesses the Princes of Asturias, Don Felipe de Borbón and Dona Letizia Ortiz, will inaugurate officially next Monday, the 10th, from 11:30, the seventeenth edition of Alimentaria. The Minister of Agriculture, Fishing and Nourishment, Elena Espinosa; the Minister of Industry, Tourism and Trade, Joan Clos; the Mayor of Barcelona, Jordi Hereu; the Delegate of the Government in Catalunya, Joan Rangel; the Minister d'Agricultura, Alimentació i Acció Rural, Joaquim Llena; or the President of Alimentaria Josep Lluís Bonet, they will be some of the out-standing personalities that will accompany the Princes in the inauguration of the International Lounge of the Nourishment and Drinks.

The Princes of Asturias, Don Felipe and Dona Letizia, have guarded this midday in Barcelona five minutes of silence in rejection for the murder of the socialist ex-councilman of Arrasate Isaías Carrasco.

The Princes of Asturias have added this way to the summons of town halls and other institutions to condemn the murder for ETA of Isaías Carrasco last Friday and solidarizarse with his family, for what they have interrupted in a few minutes their visit to the lounge Alimentaria, that they have inaugurated today in the Catalan capital.

I hate to mention this, because Letizia is my favorite princess and I think she's absolutely beautiful. But in these photos, she is so thin as to look ill. I've never said that before. But her cheeks are absolutely hollow.

Bearing in mind that in this moment were guarding 5 minutes of silence for a man who has been murdered by a terrorist group ... the strange thing would be laugh.

Thanks for the photos. I'm glad to see them out and about again.


I read about the murdered politician at the weekend, it's very sad to see such things happening in a modern democracy.
 
It's nice to see them back at work, I saw this in the news, a few mins of silence was observed in different parts of spain.
 
What a boring look, she's always in gray and never a nice blouse with the suits, always the same sort of tops inside the jacket.

She looks so skinny is not even funny, appears to be 12 years old.
 
She looks really really to skinny, her clothes doesn't suit her anymore because of her skinnes.
 
Letizia seems so strange nowadays. She looks so sad and unhappy and as if her thoughts are elsewhere.
 
Yes she IMO comes over depressed in a way. Hopefully she didn´t inherit her sisters mental disorder (but maybe she´s only worried because of her grandfather´s actual condition)
