I hope it is alright to make up a new thread for this.
It's a dossier/report about life at the Monaco Palace - life of the Princely Family.
Over several years life at the Monaco Palace and with the princely family has been documented in pictures. Members of the family have been accompanied in their daily duties and some pictures showing how things work behnind the Palace walls are documented.
Following photos by Sipa/ BdP

I hope some of you will also contribute to this thread by adding their thaughts, opinions and information ...

Very good idea for a thread thanks for the pics Sebastian .

Maybe we can have other threads like this one? Sebastian has given us one fascinating collection that actually humanizes the palace life more than any official photos. We are able to see the people who maintain the place as it is, the daily behind the scenes work of princes and officers, etc.

A wonderful idea little bros ...:)

...I'm going to add some...

But do they have different names for the Palace? I recalled it was called The Grimaldi Palace and The Prince Palace or something like that? Why do they have different names?

Well, some tabloids sometimes call it the Gromaldi Palace.
The correct name is Palais Princier or Palais du Prince ( Prince's Palace) :)

I think these photos should be included in this thread:

How big is the Palace?, bigger than White House?

:D :D You should ask whether MC is bigger than the White house;) :D. No, we don't have so much space here, so it is not really big. There is a lot underground though. I think the Monegasques have evolved from the mole, not from the monkey. You wouldn't believe what they manage to put underground, and it is all rock underneath, so pretty tedious and costly to remove. THe Grimaldi Forum took them for ever to built, because almost every thing is underground. ANd it is massive (not very pretty site though).

Thanks, brother and sister (Michelle-Sebastian) team for this thread! Love all the pictures!:)

Really love this thread! Thanks so much for sharing these pics Sebastian and Michelle!:)

Thank you for the explanation, michelle. I really appreciate it! ;)

Very good idea for a thread, Sebastian. To show some of those helpful hands that make it all work.. I would have left some of the family member pics away, but nevertheless very nice to see :)

Sorry, i don't want to go off track here but I saw this pic of Caroline signing autographs. I thought royals are not allowed to do this, or at least they are not meant to, maybe i am wrong.
