The blouse is a nightmare. The jacket isn't the prettiest either, but it would have looked much better with an opaque black blouse.
 
The way she dresses for lots of events, says a lot about the person she is.....tacky is the best way to describe her style!
 
I hate to use such a negative word but Camilla's blouse, but it's, quite frankly, hideous. :eek:
