The only one I saw live on TV was The Earl and Countess of Wessex's wedding. The other 2 British royal weddings (Charles and Diana, Sarah and Andrew) I saw tape of on the internet or on a TV retrospective years later.

It was sat morning and I remember Chiche Gelblung making the comments of the wedding...can you imagine that??

Has anybody taped or bought(DVD/video) any royal wedding?

I taped Charles and Diana when it was rerun in the US on their 10th anniversary (watched it live at the time by setting the alarm clock as most of us had to do); Edward and Sophie; Charles and Camilla (blessing). I didn't get Andrew and Sarah's wedding--shame since it was with Charles Spencer's commentary in the US but was glued to the TV. I remember seeing news coverage of Caroline/Philippe Junot; the crown prince/princess Masako of Japan and I've seen some clips of Princess Grace's. I can't remember if I've seen clips of Queen Elizabeth's wedding--I may be confusing coronation clips there.
I wish I'd seen some of the others listed here, one day I'll track down DVDs and/or web clips.

I watched the wedding of Charles and Camilla

The night before, I could not fall asleep and knew I propbably would miss it. so i wanted to pre tape it, then remembered I didnt have a vhs tape. so i just went to bed.

Around 6am in the morning I woke up with really bad heart burn, (I had eaten pepperoni pizza the night before) and was able to watch the whole thing live, while trying to find some anti-acid tablets.

How funny!! These are the exact same weddings I have seen, as well!!!! I had to get up quite early to catch the spanish wedding on Univision but it was worth it. I was able to buy the danish crown princely wedding and am now set on trying to buy the dutch 2002 wedding.
