The cathedral bells and royal walk about after lunch were wonderful.
 
After the events in the Congress of Deputies amd Royal Palace of Madrid, Princess Leonor celebrates a more family-oriented and private party at the El Pardo Palace. An evening attended by the royal family, including Queen Sofia and King Juan Carlos.

Of the Greek Royal House, at the moment only I can confirm the presence of Princess Alexia, and Princess Irene, they live in Spain, although I would like to say that there is also Queen Anne Maria, the truth is that, at the moment, only I have Alexia and Irene confirmed.

Lovely that the whole family is united, including the former King and the Infanta Cristina. The King and Queen have behaved in such an examplary fashion that inviting them now perhaps does not harm the monarchy any longer.

I am always surprised by the popularity polls in Spain: the support for the monarchy tends to be on the low side -perhaps due to Spain's particular history and regionalism- but the crowds on the streets at royal events and duties tell a different story. They tend to be very large and enthusiastic, more so then in most other monarchies.
 
Wonderful that Juan Carlos, Sofia, and Cristina have been invited to the evening dinner. A nice opportunity for family reconciliation.

According to TVE: Greek Royal House is represented by Queen Anna Maria, and Princess Alexia.
Ana Maria and Alexia have arrived together in one vehicle while Carlos and his children have arrived in another vehicle. In the photo of Carlos can not see to his children, but I think that could be Arrietta and Anne-Marie because they study in Madrid,???

The Duke of Calabria, his wife, his mother and at least 5 of his children, and his sisters Cristina and Victoria with their children. Also some children of his aunts Teresa and Ines with their children.

Thanks for that! It seems that the Duke of Noto was in the car with King Juan Carlos. IIRC he lives in London with his wife and daughter.
 
The Duke of Calabria and family are very close to members of the SRF and are more or less an Unofficial extended branch of the RF.
 
Great to read that Carlos Morales was also attending. It has been known for a long time that the Morales family is close to infanta Christina's family, so good to see that it extends to Leonor as well. In her position having trusted (and very discrete) friends and family members is of great importance.

I wasn't sure if we'd see the Infanta Margarita ,but she was there with her husband the Duke of Soria and her daughter.

The party at El Pardo was private to the best of my knowledge and I doubt we will see any photos.
 
Pity that we only got car pics from the Dinner in the evening. Yes i know it was private but some years ago when Queen Sofia had her 80th birthday they also released a Family pic and it was also a private Event. I had hoped they would do they same for this. Or a few official pics taken at i, like the official pics they toke in Denmark before Christian birthday Gala.

I realise the evening party was private but we haven’t seen any official pictures of the earlier ceremonies.
 
Princesses Victoria , Leonor , Elisabeth , Martha Louse, Amalia and Prince Christian have loving parents who are strong , doing their best to prepare them to their Role as future Monarch. They are well prepared .
