She looked like she just rolled out of bed...
 
Yeah Victoria's hairstyle did kind of look ugly; but I have seen her look fantastic so I am going to give her a pass.
 
When I saw Mary at Nathalie's wedding,I now know what her wedding hair looked like behind the veil!I hated her hair!

Catherine's hair styles seem very hit and miss, sometimes elegant sometimes scruffy and unfinished. Compared to those of Mary and Victoria, Catherine has a ways to go before she nails a look that is her own.

Mary has managed to use both down and updo's very sucessfully and even Victoria's notorious "ponytails" look finished and tidy which makes me wonder what happened to Catherine in Canada, since we are told she took her hairdresser with her!

Kate definitely has some beautiful tresses, it is very rare when her hair does not look good; although if she doesnt do variety some people tend to say it is boring. I don't have hair like Kate's but does that slight shirely temple curl at the bottom, come naturall or is a curling iron needed?

I think Victoria is another Princess with a fantastic head of hair. Even when she is doing the standard ponytail I think she looks great. As for this bun she is wearing I think it looks perfect on her.
 
I like Princess Mary with long hair, it gives her a much more variety of styles and she is such an elegant lady. Particularly at formal events being able to wear the magnificent tiaras and elaborate hairdos must be so much fun!!!

I think that curl at the bottom is probably created by a styling aid (well, that's not my opinion exactly, it's my daughter's opinion, she's a hair stylist and watches royal and other hair closely). She says it can be done easily with the right straightener too.

On another note, does Camilla ever wear an up-do?
 
I don't think I've seen Camilla with an up do her hair is so short and it always seems the same to me. I think Kate has lovely hair but it can get boring seeing it the same way all the time. Princess Anne has a great head of hair but needs a major overhaul of the colour and style. What suits you at 40 rarely suits you at 60 a change could make her look 10 years younger.
 
Thanx for the info on how to get the curls at the bottom of the hair. I should get extensions and start doing that myself. As for Camilla's hair, I am taking a guess that she has not changed her hair in decades. Since the Camilla makeover in the early part of the last decade, her hair has look more kept together and has more glamour, but the essential style is the same.
 
Oh yes, they do suit her perfectly. A very elegant way for a royal to wear her hair. I actually think Kate should also try something like this. She does look so lovely with her hair up.

while I normally love updos and especially Vic's intricate ones her hairstyle in picture number 7 is probably the worst I have ever seen .....
 
No they have their own stylist i bet so!
 
they most certainly have their own stylist. It is very difficult near impossible to make such difficult updos by yourself ....
