Ladislav Vladimir Blatnik, a Slovenian born; he died when Tatiana was six & her brother Boris - eight.
 
Tatiana's father was born in Slovenia(when it was Yugoslavia) , his parents had a small shoe factory, after the Second World War, the business spread to countries such as Austria, Switzerland and America. Tatiana's father had residences in Switzerland and Venezuela.
Princess Tatiana has spoken in some interviews about her father, he died in 1986 in Switzerland , she was only 6 years old. In addition, her parents had separated shortly after she was born at 1980. Consequence of all this,( the separation of his parents, and the death of his father in 1986) is that she has few memories of her father, but she keeps a very special memory, she remembers her father teaching her to whistle:whistling::whistling::whistling:

JR76 , A while back, I found a website of genealogical trees, where Countess Ellinka was, you are right, she has ancestry in the Austrian-Hungarian-German nobility

Lemon Tree Trust( It is a non-profit organization that helps refugees) has announced in the Vatican City that the Princess Tatiana is the new Head of Business Development of the organization. This organization works to create gardens in the refugee camps as therapy, but also to allow these refugees the creation of bussines. The work of this organization has been recognized by Pope Francisco, the organization has been invited to particpate at 2018 Laudato Sí Challenge (an initiative inspired by Pope Francis to address the global refugee crisis). The organization will participate in the Vatican, this week , in the meets where they exposite their projets to the pope Francisco.
