Queen Rania Award for the European Council on Human Rights
Translation:
Al-Luweibdeh that Queen Rania Al-Abdullah won the Council of Europe on human rights, and delivered in the sixteenth of this month in a special ceremony will be held at the premises of the Portuguese Parliament in Lisbon.
And also won the award in the former Portuguese President Jorge Sampaio, the Special Envoy of the United Nations.
It is noteworthy that the award is granted annually to two from the north and the south to preserve the distinct, human rights and improving relations between North and South.

I join you're opinion here,Rania might be a good first lady and good image for her coutry but an award for human rights!!!give me a break,her coutry still receive alot of critic from the Human Rights Watch.
