HGD Guillaume visited the company “ispace Europe” which is celebrating its 5th anniversary of presence in the Grand Duchy. It is the European branch of the Japanese company "ispace inc", also established in the United States. Its lunar vehicle projects materialize the excellent collaboration in the field of space between Luxembourg, the United States and Japan.

This Sunday 3 July in Dierkich the Three Nations U23 Championship (Drei Länder Meisterschaft U23) was contested in which nearly 160 Luxembourg, German and Swiss cyclists took part.

Hereditary Grand Duke, invited by the Fédération du Sport Cycliste Luxembourg (FSCL) to give the start, met the riders and encouraged the 20 Luxembourgers competing before the race.

In 2023, the “Schmelz” district in Dudelange, where the former steelworks is currently located, will begin its metamorphosis to become the “NeiSchmelz”. HGD Guillaume, accompanied by Henri Kox, Minister of Housing, learned about the beginnings of this large-scale project developed by the Housing Fund. 1,575 housing units are planned which should accommodate nearly 3,700 people.
