De lange kjolers aften **
Thank you, Iceflower
Let's go through them:
#1: Queen Margrethe.
#2: Minister of Defence, Gitte Lillelund Bech.
#3: Minister of employment, Birgitte Støjberg. - I shall refrain from further comments...
#4: The gentleman is Søren Pind, Minster for Foreign Aide. I like him, he's got some unorthodox ideas.
The lady to the left is Minster of Climate, Lykke Friis. She contribute half the IQ of the combined government.
The woman to the right is Minister for Integration, Birthe Rønn Hornbech. She is, however you define it, unique...
#5: Minister of Environment, Karen Ellemann. To the right is a gift-wrapped?!? Minister for Science, Charlotte Sahl-Madsen.
#6: (See pic #4).
#7: Minister of Culture Per Stig Møller. Formerly a very competent Foreign Minister. Alas, the present minister needed that post to boost her ratings. - She failed...
#8: (See pic #5).
#9: The Chairman of the Parliament, Thor Pedersen. Wearing a foreign order. Don't know which one.
#10&11: And late... Foreign Minister, Lene Espersen.
#12&13: The Prime Minister, Lars Løkke. - Whose New Year speech was on air at the same time this New Year Table took place.
#14: Crown Prince Frederik, in his navy gala.
#15: Our Marie and her Joachim. - I could not fail to notice how Joachim, being the gentleman he is, discreetly focused his attention on the precious lady beside him.
#16: Frederik again. He looks pretty delighted tonight.
#17: Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik. The attentive will notice that they have turned on the heels before posing for the photographers. While Joachim, being the correct gentleman he is, usually execute a 180 degree turn on top of the stairs, thus ensuring that his lady, Marie, remains on the correct side of him. To the right.
#18, 19 & 20: QMII again.
