She’s the youngest member of the British Royal Family, but yet three-month-old Savannah Phillips has already enjoyed one of the family’s most favoured past times – horses.

Snug in her three-wheeler pram, Savannah attended the Gatcome Horse Trials at Gatcome Park, Gloucestershire yesterday with her mother, Autumn Phillips. The baby’s aunt, Zara Phillips, competed in the event. Princess Anne, Vice-Admiral Timothy Laurence and Captain Mark Phillips – Savannah’s grandparents – were also there to watch Zara compete; unforunately, her father Peter was not.

The little one appeared to be taking in her surroundings, looking out from her pram with big blue eyes. Both the Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Laurence ensured that Savannah was doing okay – each peering in to their young granddaughter’s pram on several occassions. As for mummy, Autumn showed that even a royal mother can never have enough hands – popping her daughter’s pacifier into her mouth for safe-keeping while covering the pram with a white blanket.

Savannah was born on December 29th, and is the first child for Peter and Autumn Phillips. She also has the significance of being the first grandchild of Princess Anne, and the first great-grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II.
