According to Noblesse & Royautes, the magazine talks about the "marriage crisis" of Clotilde and Emannuel Filiberto. Emannuel Filiberto has apparently denied the rumours.

I have seen video interviews with Clothilde Courau and I like her very much, she seems warm, kind and good humored. But I was very surprised that EF married her, and the behaviors of both of them during their marriage has led me to conclude that they probably would not go the distance as a married couple. 
I am sad if they divorce or break up, but not surprised at all.

They've spent some winter holidays in Gstaad two weeks ago and looked relaxed and happy together - I've seen a couple of pics at an agency.
Yesterday, January 15, Princess Clotilde attended the 'Valentino' flagship store opening in Paris.
