I didn't realise Caroline had been acquainted with Carole Bouquet before Charlotte and Dmitri's relationship. I wonder if that means that Charlotte and Dmitri knew each other during childhood or in their teenage years.

 I wonder the same thing. If so I would love to see a photo. 
They were both(Charlotte and Dimitri) incredibly beautiful in their teens/ early 20's.
