You are most welcome  I couldn't find out anything about an attendace at the ballet, but I've found this:
On September 10 Princess Caroline also inaugurated a sectoral endoscopic ultrasound probe at the Princess Grace Hospital. The equipment was purchased for the Digestive Endoscopy Department thanks to a donation from the Groupement des Entreprises Monégasques dans la Lutte contre le Cancer (GEMLUC).

According to an Italian mag she is romantically involved with an old friend of Stefano's. Apparently the one who appeared by her side on a winter vacation a few years ago.
