13 January: Princess Anna-Catharina of Saxony, first child of Prince Daniel and Princess Sandra of Saxony, née Sandra Scherer.
20 January: Prince Carl Friedrich and Prince Louis Ferdinand of Prussia, the first and second children of the Prince and Princess of Prussia, Prince Georg Friedrich and Princess Sophie, née Princess of Isenburg.

Prince Daniel of Saxony (b.23 June 1975) [oldest of three sons of late Prince Rudiger of Saxony (b.1953) & his late first wife Astrid, nee Linke (1949-1989)] & his wife Sandra, nee Scherer (b.1978) had their first child, Anna-Catharina Sophie, in Radebeul on 13 January.

had their first child, Prince Alexander, sometime in 2012.

Prince Gabriel José of Orleans-Braganza (b.1 December 1980) [son of Prince Pedro de Alcantara of Orleans-Braganza (b.1945) & his wife Maria de Fatima, née Lacerda Rocha(b.1952)] and his wife Luciana née Guaspari (b.14 September 1981) had their first child, Gabriel Pedro, at Rio de Janeiro on 12 April.

Prince Felix of Hohenlohe-Bartenstein (b.27 December 1973) [son of Ferdinand, Prince of Hohenlohe-Bartenstein (b.1942) & his late wife Franziska, nee Princess of Oettingen-Oettingen and Oettingen-Spielberg (1947-2011)] & his wife Christina, nee Gutierrez Maturana-Larios y Kalachnikoff (b.1972) had their first child, Alexandra, this year.

For Prince Ferdinand it is a debut as a grandfather.

Princess Felipa of Bavaria and her husband Christian Dienst had their first child, a son August on April 15th 2013.

Princess Caroline Napoleon and her husband Eric Querenet-Onfroy de Bréville had their first son and second child Augustin in April 2013. He was christened last weekend (4/5-5-2013).
The couple has already a daughter Elvire, born in 2010.

Dr. Kinikinilau Tuto'atasi Fakafanua, 7th Lord Fakafanua (1962-2006)] had their first child, a son named Taufa'ahau Manumata'ogo Tuku'aho, in Auckland, Zew Zealand, on 10 May.

Princess Elisabeth von Auersperg-Breunner and her husband Prince Alexander had their first daughter and third child together, Séverine Eloise in April 2013.
A sister for Aloysius and Balthasar.
A half sister for Emilia (from the first marriage of Princess Elisabeth von Auersperg-Breunner, née Flick.

Prince Floris van Oranje Nassau van Vollenhoven (b.10 April 1975) [third of four sons of Princess Margriet of the Netherlands (b.1943) & her husband Pieter van Vollenhoven (b.1943)] & his wife Aimee, Sohngen (b.18 October 1977) had their third child, Willem Jan Johannes Pieter Floris in Bronovo Hospital in the Hague on 1 July.

A brother for Magali (9-10-2007) & Eliane, who will turn four in four days.

The Turkish Princess Nilhan Osmanoglu and her husband Mehmet Behlül Vatansever became the proud parents of a daughter called Hanzade. She was born at the Medical Park Bahcelievler Hospital in Istanbul in the evening of 1 July 2013.

Princess Alice of Bavaria (b.25 June 1981) [second of five children and younger daughter of Prince Luitpold of Bavaria (b.1951) & his wife Beatrix, nee Wiegand (b.1951)] & her husband, Prince Lukas of Auersperg (b.27 August 1981) [oldest of four children of Prince Andreas of Auersperg (b.1949) & his wife Julia, nee Griffith (b.1955)] had their first child, Olivia, probably this year; she was baptized on 13 April.

Also Alice's sister, Princess Auguste (b.1979) will become a first-time mother very soon.

There's another very short article from the Netty Royal blog which says that Louis was born at the Klinik Diakonissen in Salzburg, Austria. Her source is Salzburger Nachrichten. :)
