Alexandra looks very happy in these pictures. It must be good for her to have such a good/beneficial distraction from her personal life.
I hope that post-divorce Alexandra will take on a greater role with UNICEF. She has been working with the organization for many years through her role as a Princess, and seems to enjoy it and be very good at it, too.

She's my all-time favorite princess--royal or not. I am happy to hear that she won't be disappearing after the divorce. She has done a good job so far and it would be a shame to let her stop what she has been doing. By the way, in one of the pictures, I think she's wearing rubber shoes... Practical and COOL!

I am so happy that Alexandra has maintained her grace and poise during this difficult time for her. She has become a truly exemplemary royal, and I am glad that she is continuing her royal duties.

Great to see Alexandra so radiant and warm on her trip as a UNICEF ambassador! She looks like she's in the essence of what she likes to do/accomplish. I hope we will get to see her as an active royal also in the future - just like Diana, Alexandra needs no title to her name in order to do a fantastic job!

Thanks for the pictures Lyonnaise. I agree that Alexandra should continue her work with UNICEF as either goodwill embassador or spokesperson.

I really admire the hardwork and sincerity of Princess Alexandra in helping people from the world's poorest places. Not all persons do have the courage to face different kinds of persons from various cultures, traditions and life.
Especially that Princess Alex's life has been to difficult times lately.
(I like her white t-shirt with the UN logo) =)
Go Princess Alex! You are the best!!!!

Agree with you all (and she really looks great in the UNICEF T shirt!). She looks so fulfilled doing her job. Like many of you have said-she looks even lovelier and happier than ever.
I guess now that she doesn´t have to pretend about the marriage anymore, it´s really a sense of freedom. One really wonders about what went on behind palace walls.
A member said that life isn´t so hard for Alex, being a royal with nannies etc... It´s true that she lives a royal life, but it may not be true she never had to worry about money or anything. If you´re not married to the Crown Prince, you have to earn something yourself, and have to have enough money to keep up royal appearances. Of course they have more than the average person, but the pasture is always greener over the other side. We don´t know the details-I admit I envy the big house and nannies etc, but maybe my life is all that more fun and rich, because I don´t have marital problems (and worse, can´t talk about it)?

I agree with all you guys, Princess Alexandra is positively radiant. Its probably the glow from knowing that you are out there helping people, especially children. Found her true calling, I believe.
Great Job......(don't we have one with a thumbs up sign)
