The dress is inspired by the beautifull nature around Lofoten in the north of Norway. Pointy mountains, blue ocean and grassy hills. The dress is designed by Ragnhild Karijord, and was specially made for the princess's summer tour.
Ari has been codesigner in a clothes collection and today they showed it in Oslo. It was also a goodbye party for ML and Ari before they go to USA, there were ALOT of celeberties but I do no think the CP couple was present.
The dress looked great from the back... but there seems to be something not quite right about the front.
I think the front looks not right because it appears to be ill fitting. Martha Louise seems to be lacking in the support department so the white part of her dress looks like its flopping over or bunching up.
I agree there is a support problem, really how many times have we seen that this year, Maxima, Laurentien and now Märtha, you would think that when one can afford Valentino one could also invest in some proper undergarments . It is Ari and designer Kjell Nordstrøm that has designed Märthas dress. The fashion police in dagbladet likes Märthas dress but not the turquoise cross and giver her 5/6 points...The fashonpolice also says that the collection reminds them of Victor and Rolf (guilty of Mabels bowtiful dress:p ) The woman next to Märtha in the 2. pic is her pregnant maid of hounor Marianne Ulrichsen
