The children wear shirts with the text 'waterspaarder', so this is part of the initiative to teach children (and by them also there parents) to limit their water use - for example when taking a shower. If I'm not mistaken this initiative was launched by Laurentien (and others) last year - see for example:

as part of her many efforts in the area of sustainability/conservation of our planet (through the Missing Chapter Foundation).
