However, if they have photographis evidence then our Marie must have been physically present at a hospital/clinic somewhere. - Either to visit someone/to care for someone/or to undergo treatment of some sort.
If the latter is the case, then only cosmetic surgery that is not medically necessary springs to mind, otherwise why go to a clinic/hospital when she's is guaranteed to get the best treatment than can be offered in DK.
For the same reason I cannot imagine she has a medical condition herself that needs treatment, she could get that in DK as well.
It will be interesting to learn what clinic/hospital it is. She might very well tend to a relative.

maybe for more privacy, or is this not an issue in Denmark?
but maybe she is just visiting someone?

I don't think so, because I just saw a commercial for the new magazine in my television and it says that she has undergone plastic surgery abroad.
But I don't follow or know much about princess Marie and therefore I don't know if she would do something like that and yes, 'SeogHør' can be a dubious magazine.

I got this from another forum
"The magazine gives more details. Apparently it Marie went with an aunt and Joachim . Marie stayed one night . Do not know which intervention was made, but was in a private clinic for cosmetic surgery in France"

One should always take stories from Se & Hør with a grain of salt (and by "stories" I mean tales; the journalists of Se & Hør far exceeds all the other Danish journalists when it comes to writing fabricated so-called "articles").
Marie is gorgeous, why would she use plastic surgery? This is so close to a Christmas that she's hosting for both some of her husbands family and some of her own family, doesn't plastic surgery take at least a couple of days to recover from? This just stinks of journalists wanting a big-selling "scoop", sorry to say.

But the communications manager Lene Balleby admits that the princess was hospitalized at the clinic, but that it belongs to privacy I really don't trust 'Se og Hør' much either, but they have, after all, pictures of the princess who check into the clinic and pictures of her checking out the next day. And isn't it a pretty normal procedure of plastic surgery? You check into the clinic at the day, then you undergoing surgery, then you're hospitalized for observation the night over and then you takes home the day after? I am pretty sure that this is the normal procedure if you undergo breast augmentation, for example.
But I hope it is not true! I sometimes thinks all that plastic surgery is a bit out of control, espacially because, IMO, the majority of all the celebrity undergoing plastic surgery looks abosoluty fine BEFORE they decide to undergo plastic surgeries

I think I might have come off wrong. I don't doubt that she was hospitalized, I just find it hard to believe that a beautiful woman like Marie would want to have plastic surgery. Maybe there's a legitimate reason why she was there. I'd really hate to hear that she was there to "have something done", IMO Marie is waaaay to beautiful to do a such thing, and I must admit that I lose a great deal of respect for people who do undergo plastic surgery to "improve" their looks.

.
As usual we won't speculate about any possible cosmetic surgeries unless an official confirmation was made - thanks for your understanding!

Okay today you can have quite major surgery done and be discharged a few hours later or the next day, nuttin' to do with plastic surgery. I personally had surgery yesterday, called stapedectomy to fix a hearing problem, it was done with local anesthetic, + drowsiness medication, and I was discharged the same day, private hospital and all. I would have traveled out of my home country if There wouldn't have been a top audiology surgeon in mine. Fortunately one of the top surgeon's does operate here so I was lucky.

According to German Boulevardmagazine "Bunte" a dead woman was found around a house of Prince Joachim at Schackenborg.

The woman lived alone in a house owned by Joachim. Quite a number of houses in and around Møgeltønder are owned by the estate of Schackenborg.
A tragic thing but since there is nothing more in this, there was no reason to post more from the pretty extensive Danish coverage here.

Summary of article in Billed Bladet #1, 2013.
Et brag af en fest - A bang of a party.
Written by our man in the city Ulrik Ulriksen.
While the rest of the DRF were out and about Joachim and our Marie esured there was activity at Amalienborg.
They had invited some friends to celebrate New Years Eve at their apartment at Amalienborg.
They were Agnete Arnø and Christian Scherfig with daughter Tuva (to hold bette Henrik by the ears), Agate and Anaury Silvestre De Sacy and Charlotte Sappre and Jens Wittrup.
All managed to arrive as is custum before 18.00, when the celebrations start with QMII giving her speech.
A French chef had prepared some mouthwatering dishes for the party and at midnight the part was observed standing on the roof of the mansion, champagne glasses in hand and watching the fireworks.
Nikolai and Felix spend New Years Eve with their mother.

Why of course.
Don't know about you, but here in DK it's tradition to play Ludo and Monopoly on New Years Eve. Except for a short break around midnight, where there is fireworks. - And of course watching Dinner for One.
Then a little snack after midnight before going to bed around 00.45, so we can wake up fresh and enjoy the Alpine Ski Drops followed by the classical concert from Vienna the next day.
