Layla (wherever you are honey)! I think this is the picture you were referring to.

Baba Zayed and his gems
 WOW...The Viagra is acting very well :woot: :innocent: [/b][/quote]
 Good one, I cannot stop laughing.

QueenB,

Yes, they are all his until proven otherwise. He has more sons than that. I had a lovely time chatting with you guys too. :flower:

I don't know where to write this-so here it goes......

I absolutely love the fact that most of these guys we drool over have some proper military training. I'm not into guns and uniforms, mind you. But the good thing about the military-it teaches guys to walk with their shoulders square and head up.

I'm absolutely sick of seeing pop stars, politicians and the like walk around like some disgruntled thirteen year old.

Look at photos of Sons of Mo, Prince Ali or KA or any number of these guys. They walk like MEN! Head up, shoulders square. None of these guys are to-die-for-cute in their own right but their presence in photos is greatly enhanced by their ability to carry their bodies with diginity and grace.

SC I agree with you. I m so sick of the fact that some of the most saught after men in the states don't speak proper english don't walk or sit up straight.

There is a essence of dignity, class and confidence in the men we talk about.

Does Mo speak fluent English? What language do you think Mo and PHaya communicate in?

I've heard his voice (you know the 'Oh cloud above others' on Baba Zayed's homepage). I've read that that Baba Zayed cannot speak English. Sometimes it is difficult to believe, keeping in mind all those pictures and tapes where he meets with the 'heads' of non-Arabic countries and the lack of response (from Babaji) seems to be substituted by Baba Zayed's mesmerising 90-watt smile (I LOVE his smile). He must have an interpretor wherever he goes considering how he practices his nomad life abroad (mansions in London, Sussex, Scotland, Paris etc.).

Mo speaks English very well and Haya's English is impeccible. Haya speaks something like 7 languages. She is extremely well educated.

Baba Zayed has a really beautiful smile. He seems very confident and wise.

Yep, I am positive! It's him. I'm so proud of myself for recognizing him without his usual glasses and overlay jackets.

Whoaaaaaaaaaa! Page 9 already? Boy do I have some reading to do.

Hello Ladies... hope you are all fine.... greetings to the newcomers to the group....and boy I am happy to be back home! It takes a system shutdown to realise how addictive this MB is. Special thanks to Bear!

As I have a lot of catching up to do, I will keep this short.

A new pic of Sheikh Mansour. SC: looks like he is also into endurance racing.

La la & Pallas Athina: I came across a complimentary magazine on my trip with beautiful pics of Sheikh Hamdan & Sheikh Ahmed. I put it aside to bring it back with me, but the next day when my room was being cleaned, the house keeping threw it away thinking it was trash (I had it beside the bin and it was on the previous day's newspaper).

Fine! But those sunglasses make wonders.

Noura: I know girl!

...and it only takes a few days, without the presence of our beloved Layla, for us to realise how much we love her!

WELCOME BACK BABY!

A HUGE MWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH to you all.

Lovely La la, thank you for the warm home coming. Missed you all so much.

Layla!!!!!!!! I missed you. Be sure to bookmark the yahoo messageboard that is linked somewhere in this thread. We had a fun chat there over the weekend. So sad about the magazine; I can never get enough of my two fav sheikhs.

Love the picture of Hamdan. He's looking perfect as usual. SC, I have to agree with you. Our guys have presence.

As an aside, I'll be gone until Sunday after tonight so don't have too much fun without me.

I'm not sad but I don't like the arabic weddings especially in gulf
I agree. When I would get invited, I would search through my "excuses" databank not to attend. And then when I had to attend for persoanl reasons such as the wedding of a dear friend etc., I would make it very short. It would be an entry, sitting for a maximum of 45 minutes, and then I would TAKE OFF!

Houri, I attended a wedding in Kuwait and it was far different than the UAE. I actually found it quite fun in Kuwait. All that wonderful dancing the girls did!!! In the UAE, only relatives of the bride/groom MIGHT and I mean might dance. But in Kuwait, everyone was dancing (except me). And man do these Kuwaiti girls have lovely hair. Long, black, thick and sooooooo healthy!!!

I also attended a wedding in Bahrain. It was mixed (men and women) and lots of fun.

Hamdan is such a hottie!! I think he is the best looking of the family.
Is it me or is Hamdan's teeth rotten? When I clicked on "high resolution download" the picture gave me an up close an personal look at his face, which I must admit is very nice, but his teeth appeared to be serverly discolored as if they were decayed. If his teeth are decayed, he his just lost points with me. :yuk:

I have noticed the same thing in other pics. It might be braces because after braces have been on some time they start looking pretty bad. I don't know. But I do sincerely hope not!!!

Thank you sweetie. Missed you too!

I am in the yahoo group right now. What a great idea! Well done girls.

There are great pics of Sheikh Hamdan in the UAE papers following a decision/debate to naturalise non-UAE soccer players. Will try to post them tomorrow. Right now I need to get some sleep. BTW, anyone into soccer? Contrary to SC, soccer is my passion. And to top it all, my favourite Asian soccer team lost today.

Pallas Athina: take care sweetie and we'll keep the fire burning till you return.

Bingo! Check out the favourite thread. I made my grand entrance there - lol.

Akilah, Hamdan has braces on the bottom of his teeth so I think what you are seeing is some type of glare off of them

Silver Charm, I'd love to join you guys but I don't think I can make it at 10.30 New York time. It will be 4.30 here. We'll see. Layla, you're from London right?
