Did you know that the anthem "God Save the Queen" was only used for two monarchs: Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II.
Indeed, the anthem "God Save the King", which is believed to be French, became the anthem of Great Britain in 1745.
There have only been two female monarchs since then. As astonishing as it is to think that we've witnessed Her late Majesty's reign, many of us won't have another chance to sing "God Save the Queen".
Several years ago, I was able to sing the anthem in front of Queen Elizabeth and was so excited to be there.
In May, I will attend King Charles III's coronation.
Will we feel the same while singing "God Save the King"?
