For someone who doesn't associate England with happiness, I wonder why she did the cover for a very English magazine. Wonder how many days before the next interview complaining of press intrusion.

It's also interesting that the magazine felt important to add the Diana connection on the cover. I'd expect a sufficiently pretty pace will sell the issue on its own.

She is a Lady by Birth. but maybe she just wants to be a plain jane...or Plain Kitty.
 
She certainly has Diana's eyes- exactly the color. I did notice that in the new photos. She's very beautiful, all Earl Spencer's daughters are- they have the Spencer coloring, all his children by Victoria do, their mother had darker eyes, hair etc. By the way, someone said earlier on this thread Diana's sister Sarah's daughter Celia looked the most like Diana of all her nieces. Does anyone have a fairly current picture of Celia? She was born in 1989 I believe.
 
I don't think she attended Diana's funeral did she? I suppose she and her siblings were too young, although Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice were there and they are about the same age.
 
Why would Diana be proud? Her niece posed for the cover of tatler that hardly seems like an accomplishment the late Princess would be proud of.
 
Diana WAS a covergirl ( akthough never for Tatler, but instead Vogue) but later on in her life she put more emphasis on being taken seriously with her charity work etc. Lady Kitty's mother was a professional model, I'm sure she's proud of her daughter. I'm sure Diana' reaction would have been approving, but I don't know if she would have been proud either. The interview is interesting reading, and she sure has Diana's eyes.

I believe they were still in South Africa with their mother at that time....the Earl had brought one of his many girlfreinds to the Funeral, Josie Brian I believe...
 
Are there any photos of Diana taken with her nieces ( Earl Spencer's daughters by Victoria Lockwood) that anyone knows of, can post, or can direct me to elsewhere? I'm not sure I've seen any or if there are any.
 
there were some earlier on in this thread I think.....but if not, sig up for a yahoo acount, where they have thier "groups" function, search for the group "Althorp" and they have a lot of old pictures of the girls there.

In the old days they might have married. Actually, Harry's former girlfriend Chelsey Davy looks alot like Lady Eliza, Lady Kitty's sister and Lady Eliza was mistaken for Chelsea a few months ago.
 
I don't think that people in the UK or the Commonwealth would go for first cousins marrying these days in the Royal Family. :flowers:

Kitty doesn't look like Diana, I think she takes after her mother. Diana wasn't a natural blonde in her adult life & Kitty defiantly doesn't have a Spencer nose :]

Needlove, Lady Kitty was sculptured by the golden DNA of Spencers, no doubt about it! There's an early article in this same thread (about Earl Spencer family) that shows Lady Kitty with her mother Victoria (tittle: Victoria Spencer: from anorexic junkie to yummy mummy, or something!),the picture in question is a trip back in time: it's creeping to look Kitty's eyes, I barely can look to that, I simply SEE Diana ! And I've heard hundred of people say the same !:rolleyes:

There is no such thing as golden DNA. If you take a look at the Spencer lineage you will see many flawed characters, as you will if you look at the lineage of her mother!:rolleyes:

As for Kitty's eyes - they look like Kitty's or a million other peoples!:nonono::nonono:
