Agree with the belt.
Her hair looks beautiful.

Well, Letizia has her platforms or better had? and MM has her belts.

Any ideas why she doesn't wear more colourful outfits?
 
I agree with everyone else. The outfit is lovely, but the belt looks out of place. Perhaps a belt in the same shade as the outfit would have been a better fit. Her hairstyle is really unique. I think she looks great with her hair like this.
 
I don't disagree with the belt, it is original and enhance the outfit !
 
Nice hair but I don't know what to say about the outfit.
 
I love everything in her outfit, and the haido is also nice!

The outfit is classy & neat & elegant & everything,but can't you see that it's too small for MM?She looks so uncomfortable in it.The belt and shoes are horrible.
Loved her hairdo,too!
 
I'm not sure if that suit fits her anymore,Sofajr.
I mean,look at the recent pics.She tries so hard to walk in that skirt next to her husband and it's obvious that she stays behind...

when she wore that suit the last time she was at her thinnest she has ever been after she gave birth to Ingrid, Im suprised she could even get it closed now. Still it is a nice suit IMO, its by Prada. Princess Astrid of Belgium has a variation of it in beige. However I have to say I almost preffer the clothes to be a little tight than when she is weraing loose shapeless jackets and dresses like that ogly brown sack she wore for the HAmsun anniversary which made her pregnant looking. The suit shows she has a nice figure if she would only dress for it.
 
I love the way that she wore it in 2005. It looked lovely with the hat. It does look too tight, but I agree with Larzen. She looks better in the tighter-fitting clothes than she does in the loose shapeless things.
 
Her hair looks wonderful (very fun and different) and the suit is fine (at least she doesn't have on those awful opaque stockings!). The shoes are good and the belt, for me at least, doesn't add or take away from anything. This outfit is loads better than some I've seen her wear.
 
At first glance the suit looks very chic and with her hair pulled back she looks really sophisticated (at least from the front). But alas, a closer look reveals that the suit is too small for her current weight and I am not a fan of the funky braids, it looks a little school-girlish. Although one must give her credit for trying something different with her hair.

I don't really like the outfit or the boots,but I love this Prada bag.
Although,she hasn't combined it with the right outfit...Well...
 
What is with MM and belts. They never look right on her. I am trying to decide if she is short waisted, or it is her slouching. This outfit is not as bad as some look on her.
 
I like the top-half of the outfit. The boots are a bit masculine, but I guess that she needed to wear them due to the weather. The bag is fantastic! It doesn't really work with the outfit, but it is gorgeous nevertheless.

On the last pictures, Mette-Marit is wearing a coat with ruffled edge by Prada - lovely design, IMO. On pics from some agencies, the outfit looks dark blue, on others black.
Princess Madeleine of Sweden has the same coat in black.
 
The Prada coat is fantastic and also looks great on MM.Hope she wears it often!
All these huge boots are hideous,can't she wear something else instead of these nightmares?
