The Kings honour 124 deceaseds in missions of peace

The Kings accompanied of the Princes of Asturias, presided today at an honoring to 124 deceaseds in missions of peace abroad, in that the minister of Defense, Jose Antonio Alonso, asked the relatives for "pardon" for " the pain through that we re-live now ".

More of half a thousand of relatives were present at the inauguration of a monument in which there appear the names of the military men died in international missions from 1987 raised in the strap of the Headquarters of the Army of the Air, in Madrid.

During the military act there were lived moments of great intensity and emotividad, in that the relatives could not avoid tears of pain on having remembered their dead relatives, whom Alonso said that it was an honoring of all the Spanish for " all (the missing persons) without exclusion and oblivion ".

Of course she may be tired, who wouldn't be with such a busy schedule and the heat in Spain? They had many acts during the whole week, even in the weekend. Moreover, baby Leo will soon have her first teeth, what can be painful for her:( so she is probably crying all the time.

She has face of weariness or of sadness. Yesterday in Seville was very heavy, more than 20 persons had to be attended by the doctors during the parade through the fault of the heat.
The today act was a sad act. They reminded Spanish deceased military men in missions of peace, between them those who expired in two air tragedies that were terrible, they have read all their names and their families were there. This type of acts are sad and difficult. ;)

I prefer your appreciation which is the true one in spite of " grumy" or "arrogant" because since, now a long time, we know it's not a letizia characteristics to be like that; at the opposite we know that during formal ceremony as thar of this morning, she is always very concentrate and serious.

Remenber the different acts at which Letizia attempted as those for the ten dead firemen en july 2005 or for the dead soldiiers en august 2005.

In aby case this kind of ceremony are vry funy....Plus you have to add the events of the last week ...NO COMMENT....I'M GRUMY....

I really love that blue skirt and her beatiful earing and hairdo, the princess look fantastic in that blue outfit.
many many thanks to all who gathers these photos.

Her demeanor at this occasion was appropriate. It was a solemn occasion and smiling or laughing would have been inappropriate if not utterly bad mannered.

It could be! And the ocasion isn't very appropriate but if you smile just a little bit there's no problem, i think!

Perfect assessment of the situation chuchu. Solemn occasions require solemn behaviors.

Just a hint of smile would be enough for the detractors to jump at her throat. No, her demeanor was perfect. Poised and elegant as always.
