So this exhibit is not coming to the USA? I thought that it was going to come to Washington DC and to Los Angeles.

Charlene is a lovely woman. There is something about her that makes watching her a delight and interesting. As demonstrated here she has a lovely voice, as well - well-modulated and lilting - but she desperately needs lessons in stage presence and delivery. She's new at this and its all understandable that she should be halting - but....

I saw Charlene in Bendigo. I thought she was very impressive. Very natural, confident and warm. And she's definitely not shy!
Good on her.
She wore muted tones again which suited her.
Her best accessory? A beautiful smile.

I can totally see where you're coming from.
All I can say is that Bendigo has a history of holding beautiful textile & fashion exhibitions and they do them incredibly well. They've really earnt their niche reputation. Yes, it's a pain to have to travel out to them but Bendigo is a beautiful historical provincial town and the whole experience is lovely.
PS: just came back to add: I also think it's a government initiative to encourage tourism in this particular provincial city ... plus they do it really well!!!!!!

Been away so am only commenting now. Charlene did a great job. I totally loved her dress. The colour was so pretty on her. Also, her fringe is really cool. She looks younger with that hair style.
While Albert's cousin, John, was with her, this was basically a solo tour. Well done, Charlene. You rock. !!!

Although the exhibition looks great, how can it not featuring items that once belonged to Princess Grace, I'm so very happy I saw the original exhibition in Monaco. I saw the original Wedding gown and First meeting dress, these are replicas due to the fragile state of both items. As I understand it this is going be the final stop in the world tour of this exhibition. I would have loved for it to travel to Amsterdam, after London ( which I also visited) and Paris to me it would have made sence, but that's just my opinion. I'm still hoping the exhibition will find a permament place in Monaco. This years marks the 30th anniversary of Princess Grace's passing, wouldn't it be great if the Princely Family would honor her with a permanent exhibition? I'm travelling to Monaco in three weeks time , I think of it as a pilgrimage to pay homage to one of the most amazing woman this world has ever seen.... my beloved Princess Grace
