It feels good to watch Felipe and Letizia together, they are very secure in their relationship, and support eachother lovingly. They are equal partners. It's great to see how Felipe always looks at his wife, checks that everything is right with her and reaches her hand.

The pictures where they are holding hands are from their visit to Bueno. It was raaining a lot and the weather wasn´t very nice. From what I could read, it seems that Letizia hands were getting cold and she started to rub them. Felipe saw her and holded them to warm her. So sweet!

I have recently become so fascinated by the Imperial Family of Russia. Their story is so tragic. Nicholas was not perfect, and Alix wasn't any great help when it came to running their country, but their story is so heart breaking. That image of Nicky with his mother is adorable.

Oh my God, I have never seen this photo!!! How cute - and heartbreaking at the same time. Dagmar certainly had a lot of horrible tragedy in her life.

I have seen this photo in several books that I own, and it always makes me smile.

Despite their horrible fate, Nicholas and Alexandra have been one of my absolute favourite couples of all time. Their love for each other, even in the hardest of times, never changed and their letters for each other are just absolutely heartbreaking to read when you know what became of the two and their beloved family.
