All I know from reading the French royal history, The House of France started in the 9th century in a small principality of the little town of Paris in 987, according to prince Michael of Greece in his autobiography. Today, the present count is the count of Paris, descendants of the House of Orleans, I hope Iam accurate.

Helene wore the emeralds of Princess Helene d’Orleans (ancestress of Prince Lorenz of Belgium).

No it is a loan this was the Orleans emerald necklace which was sold.
The Aosta emerald necklace belonging to the late Prince Lorenz Mother is still in the family.

Prince Michel d'Orleans sold his heirloom at Eu without saying nothnig to his Brother and Sisters.
His twin Brother Jacques Duke of Orleans 's Childrens , Charles Louis Duc de Chartres and his sister Diane de Noailles bought it ! Thanks to them it is again in the Orleans family

I never said she owned the necklace I only said that she wore a necklace belonging to a Princess of Orléans who was also called Helene. I know this is a loan from a dealer. This particular one also belonged to Prince Lorenz’s family.

Louis-Nicolas Crépy (b.1995) [son of Clothilde d'Evreux, became Princess Clotilde of Orléans in 1999 (b.1968) {herself eldest of four children of Michel of Orléans, count of Évreux (b.1941) & his first wife Beatrice Pasquier de Franclieu (b.1941)} & her husband Edouard Crépy (b.1969)] got engaged to Carolina Torío Ballester (b.1997) last year.

He is the eldest of his parents' five children and first one who marries, as well as his maternal grandparents' grandchild who marries.

His siblings are: Charles-Édouard (b.1996), Gaspard-Marie (b.1999), Augustin (b.2005) & Éléonore (b.2007),
