Royal Cyphers, Coronets, Arms and Monograms

I am unable to decipher the ornate lettering and I cannot identify the crown.

The crown looks like it might be Ethiopian, and the lettering could be Ge'ez script. I've tracked down the monogram of Emperor Haile Selassie and there are similarities, but not a match.

What a great find.

Following your lead, I found an Ethiopian medal that has a similar crown to the one on the silver beaker.

It's nothing I recognise, I'm afraid. I think you probably need an expert in the area. Maybe the assay office where the silver hallmarks were registered might be able to point you in the right direction. Good luck!

It are most likely heraldic rank crowns:

The first one is the heraldic rank crown of a British Earl.

The second is the heraldic rank crown of a Continental Count (Germany, the Low Countries, Austria).

The third one is the heraldic rank crown of a baron in Spain and Portugal.

Unknown Royal Monogram

Greetings, I am very new here and hope that I am doing things correctly.
A good friend of mine died and left me these two silk or satin photo pouches?
Each of which have a monogram that I have not been able to identify. They are approximately 6 x 9 inches in size. Perhaps they held an invitation or something like that. I will try to attach images of these items.

I am hoping someone may be able to help me identify a monogram on the stock of an antique shotgun. It is a gold crown with a distinctive letter H underneath. I believe the crown may signify a royal monogram or cipher, but I am no expert in such matters.

I believe the 'crown' is actually the coronet of a Marquis (but the H remains a mystery). The gun was manufactured in 1859/1860

Büschenmacher does indeed mean a highly skilled gunsmith. Who is able to design, build and modify weapons of a very high quality. An artisan.

When do you believe the weapon is from?
Is it flintlock or percussion?
What's the design?
Is it a duel pistol or a more general weapon? Or even a hunting pistol?

Sorry, I really have no idea where to start with the who for, short of asking here

I will add some more pictures, it is a 30 to 32 Cal Centerfire Parlour Pistol which should help narrow down a time. 32 S&W Short fits in the chamber perfectly with some chamber length to spare, I don't have any 32 S&W Long handy to try, not that I have any intention of firing it

I should note, I removed the barrel from the action and can find no proofs outside the makers mark on the top of the barrel. Hammer and barrel release look to have worn Gold plating on them, frame is silver? plated brass, grips are Ivory

No makers name suggests to me it's a pistol made/converted by the gunsmith.

I suggest you contact German collectors clubs. Waffensammler.
Or gun-traders: Waffenbörse.

There is even an American guy on YouTube ForgottenWeapons. He is very serious and has an impressive knowledge about European gunmarks.

If indeed it belonged to a royal, that could be pretty much any Central European royal family.
Or any German Fürstenhaus/principality - and there were a lot of them around prior to 1871!
