Roc Agel Royal Residence

Has there ever been an interior shot taken of Roc Agel?

If Albert stayed at Roc Angel over 6 mos of the year, he would be subject to French taxes on all of his income and property. There's no way he would let that happen. Even Charlotte is always careful to say that she splits her time between Monaco and Paris. And her company, Swoon Productions, is registered in Monaco, even though it looks like the majority of business is done out of Paris.

According to Joan Dale's book My days with Grace the name of the residence is Rocagel in one word, the media always get it wrong by putting it in two words.

Yes, there are a few pictures taken by Howell Conant, a trusted family friend of Rainier and Grace. He did many photoshoots of the princely family. He mentions it specifically in the photographic book ‘Grace’ when he says “ …it was hardly ever photographed. (When he took the photographs in the book ) … Grace was particularly focused on the children, having a tea party, setting up a tepee and overseeing Caroline’s ballet practice “.
Joan Dale’s book ‘My Days with Princess Grace’ also features shots of Roc Agel, but these are mainly outdoor shots ( although they are quite unusual, personal photos which she took herself).
There’s some pics of Grace pressing flowers that are interior shots

The only photoshoot I have come across in later years is of Caroline with her second husband and young family in the kitchen

There doesn’t appear to have been any formal photo shoots in the living quarters of the house. It clearly has been a genuine private space for the family.

I didn't know those photos were taken in the kitchen at Roc Agel.

I mistakenly believed they were from a series shot by Karl Lagerfield at Caroline's residence at Villa Cap (Martin?) and includes the famous photo of Caroline and Stefano in formal wear on the balcony at Chateau La Vigie, which was then owned by Lagerfield.

The photo shoot was done around Christmas 1988 to mark the couples' 5th wedding anniversary.

Moonmaiden, you are right it was a Vanity Fair shoot by Lagerfeld. It also featured in the UK ‘You’ Supplement of the Mail on Sunday of which I have a copy. There were pics of Caroline Stefano and the children in formal wear at La Vigie, but Lagerfeld also shot a pic in the aquamarine kitchen of Roc Agel that also featured in both magazines.
