On 9 June 1921 Prince René of Bourbon-Parma, one of the 24 children of duke Robert I of Parma; by his 2nd wife princess Maria Antonia of Portugal and brother of Empres Zita of Austria married in Copenhagen Princess Margrethe of Denmark, daughter of Prince Valdemar of Denmark (son of King Christian IX) and princess Marie of France (Orleans):

She and her family were not allowed to attend her Daughter's Anne Wedding in Greece. For Denmark only Prince Erik.

What a shame her mother Princess Marie died in 1909 and did not live long enough to see the wedding!

The wedding took place at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Queen Alexandrine of Denmark and Dowager Empress Marie Feodorovna of Russia were among the guests.
