Haakon and Marius spend weekend together

CP Haakon together with Marius went on a hiking tour to Lauvnåstind on saturday.
On friday they chose 'Tindevegen' which is a 32 km long toll road between Årdal and Turtagrø, and is regarded as a shortcut through the Jotunheimen. Deputy Leader of the Tindevegen, Anders Fortun, says it's the road with the most beautiful panorama in Jotunheimen. The road runs through the beautiful peaks of the mountains and has many great viewpoints.
Today they're heading back to Oslo.

:previous: Some more information:
At the weekend was the annual High Camp Turtagrø, a touring festival for keen skiers. So they obviously went on skiing tours, not hiking. They slept in tents like everybody else.

CP Haakon attended a United Nations Day Celebration with more than 700 children at the National Theatre in Oslo today, October 24, 2012.
He began his speech with an exercise. He asked all first-to fourth-graders who live in a house at night, go to school, have been to the doctor and have clean water in the tap to stand up. Moreover he explained that not all children in the world have all this and that's what the UN is working about to create peace in the world. At the end, the Crown Prince and all the children said in unison: "Happy birthday, UN!".
