Prince Faisal, head of Jordan's national Olympic committee and younger brother of King Abdullah II, was elected Friday on the final day of the IOC session by a vote of 80-13.
Faisal's sister, Princess Haya, is already an IOC member and head of FEI, the international equestrian federation.
