Jordan’s Crown Prince visit to Bahrain

Manama, Feb. 4 (BNA): The Court of the Crown Prince today announced that His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister will welcome His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II of Jordan for an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, which will begin on Tuesday 5 February 2019.



It will be HRH first official visit to a foreign country since he was appointed as the heir apparent in 2009.

Yes, Lilo. It is his first solo official visit.
BTW, Bahrain was the first country visited by his father King Abdullah II after he took the throne 20 years ago.
King Abdullah II visited Manamah city exactly one month after the death of the late King Hussein to offer condolences to the Ruling family of Bahrain on the death of the late Emir Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Al Khalifa (King Hamad`s father) who passed away on March 6, 1999.

Jordanian Crown Prince visits Royal Guard
Manama, Feb. 5 (BNA): As part of his official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II of Jordan today visited the Royal Guard Headquarters.
Upon arrival, HRH the Crown Prince of Jordan and HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa were received by HH Major-General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Guard; HH Lieutenant Colonel Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Guard Special Force; and a number of senior officers.

Crown Prince concludes visit to Bahrain

Amman, Feb. 7 (Petra) -- His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, on Thursday, concluded an official visit to Bahrain, where he met King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who is also deputy supreme commander and first deputy prime minister of Bahrain.
