what's a news!!!!!!!!!!, it's absolutely indredible, I think that it's the first time a moroccan newspaper speak about MR's weding, but they didn't give the most important news, who is the futur princess???
i have already read on the net some infos about his relationship with some girls, but it's the first time a moroccan newspaper give infos about the wedding of moulay rachid, it's for that I think the news it's true
I am sure the prince will marry soon, he was supposed to marry last year, but for some reasons, it was delayed.
I don't expect that the MRF will make an anouncement of an eventual engagement, untill just few days before the religious wedding.
is there any news about the date of moulay rachid's annoucement?

I don't understand what you mean when you say "palace requirements"? I Would love to know what you think they are.Imo, I don’t think that we will know if it’s completely his taste, because his choice can’t be completely free (as in most royal families around the world), they are some royal families who have an enough open mind, in Norway the crown prince have choose an unmarried mother, in Spain a divorced woman, but I think that in morocco it’s impossible, even if the prince is crazy of the girl. I think that among the women who surround him, he try to find a girl that corresponds at palace requirements and the more at his physical preferences
as you said in this moment this family is incredibly boring and for me, never she was as drab than now, a girl with another way to see the things and another way to make the things can give some "fraicheur", but with palace requirements its paractically impossible that a girl like this enter this family
.
Even if Moulay Rachid was married, I have a doubt that his wife would have attended the dinner for Belgium heirs or the lunch for Spanish heirs instead of Lalla Asma, because she will have a lower rank than theses princesses
Does someone know what the Moroccan protocol say about that? Can a highness (I think that it will be her title) welcome a royal highness?
That could also be due to her status as wife of the Monarch.

yes, I think it because of this; About the future princess, she will has a lower rank than her sisters-in-law, then I think that the most indicatd to welcome foreign royal princesses would be the king's sisters and not the future princess
Girls aren't you a bit harsh on this "ghost princess for now"(I find it really weird to be talking about an imaginary person), and already trying to give her bottom ranks....?
I see no problem for the future princess in attending her husband's activities, especially when the guests are coming with their significant other. Where would be the fun for His Highness if he gets married and doesn't share these moments with his bride, all the other princely couples do! They all seem to be having fun with all their receptions, social activities,...I think His Highness's future bride's presence would definitely be a plus to his well being...sure! May God give him his long awaited Princess in the nearest future.
You are so true lillas.
When I visit Morroco's royal thread I have always the feeling that some members hate those commoners that became princesses.
I have the feeling that this "ghost princess" is already comdemned by some to become a second rank princess simply because she has no royal blood.
It's time for some to awake and realise that we are in 2009.In the rest of the world commoners who marry royals have a respected status and nobody denies their rights because they have no royal blood.
Things seem logical for me.
Salma is the king's spouse and mother of the crown prince and therefore the first lady of Morroco.
Moulay Rachid being the third heir to the thrown, his future wife will be the second lady in the kingdom.
King's sisters although having royal blood are going to be of lower rank since neither them nor their descendants can ascend to the throne.
For me,it will be so archaic and shameful if a married Moulay Rachid attends official events (like welcoming other royals)with one of his sisters and not with his wife.
This will give a bad image of the royal family.By giving Salma a title and a public image, the king wanted to show a modern image.I am persuaded he will do the same with the next princess.
I don't think there is any deliberate personal expression allowed.
i guess so isis, after Moulay Ismail marraige i think he is the only single in MRF now,i hope his nephews don't get engaged before him
this is my point loubna
i hope he look at his nephews and say to him self hmmmm maybe its time to me to got engaged before them.
i also hope this year will be his.
