It is a compound name & the family name is part of it. It will be incomplete if you say "Raayatul" only .. "Raayatul" means the "banner/flag of___?".
It should be " Raayatul Bolqiah" . Yo can also say Raayat or Raaya without the "L". I think her family will call her Muthee'ah.
Prince Hashem of Jordan`s second daughter Princess "Rayet Al Noor" holds the same name but the second part is different.
