Yes, twice.
The first time she was pregnant with Andrea, but married her second husband Stefano during her pregnancy.
&
The second time she was pregnant with Princess Alexandra but married Prince Ernst during the pregnancy as well.

Both times she married she looked to be in her first trimester.

They were very against it; it was a great scandal--but you can't blame the parents---it was all Caroline's doing--she was very rebellious.
