Out campaigning again?
You'll notice that the Princess is treated better by politicians, media and intellectuals, referring to her in the way her father, the King, has designated, unlike some of the 'supporters' of the monarchy, the institution she represents.
Can we have just one thread free of the one-man campaign?

The republican politicians are happy she does nit campaign for Monarchy so they have no problem to call her as she likes. The monarchists no the traditions of the Kingdom of Romania. That's a big difference.

The first sentence is a blatant lie, and you should refrain from saying clear lies. The Crown Princess has stated throughout that she wants the monarchy restored, and that she is ready to serve.
Secondly, it would be the height of arrogance if it wasn't so unbelievably foolish to actually write that some monarchists who read books and sit at their computers writing, have more knowledge of traditions and the monarchy than the Royal Family does.
Thank God for people who go out and serve, instead of spending their days trashing others in cyberspace.

There must be a difficult time for them with the King in frail health, many people that supported the King's Family being in public disagreement with the Princess snd her husband and with more and more hostile articles in the press.

Hopefully the Custodian and her husband have more useful things to do than read venomous articles and listen to sour people debate pointlessly in circles.

The Crown Princess hosted the 11th annual edition of a literary contest encompassing students from several countries today, at the sunny grounds of the Elisabeta Palace.

I think Margareta looks fabulous!

There will come a point when the Royal Family will cease releasing pictures of the King and Queen out of respect for their conditions.
People should remember that the royal couple deserves privacy during this time in their lives.
The King withdrew from public life for a reason.

In the same time Romanians would like to see their King and they would be delighted if he returns in the country.

Maybe if some persons who claim to support the Royal family were not working so hard to obstruct the Royal house being given an official status then the King would be able to return to Bucharest.
One can hardly blame the Royal family for allowing the elderly King and Queen to continue to reside in Switzerland, a country which has provided them with a home for so very many years and which probably gives them a greater measure of peace than the atmosphere created in Romania by constant political bickering and royalist infighting.

The King does not live in Aubonne because the monarchists don't support the republican compromise. He has lived there for different years even if he was very popular in the country and his eldest daughter used to have a better dialogue with the monarchists.

Given his health conditions, I highly doubt that King Michael would be more visible if he was in Romania, wouldn't he?

Sadly, the purported monarchists who are doing their worst to assassinate morally the King's family in the hope of turning public opinion against them are effectively acting as a fifth column which sabotages the already slim chances of restoration.
I agree totally. By remaining in Switzerland, Their Majesties the King and Queen are in the best place, both from the point of view of ongoing medical care and emotional well-being: away from the poison being spouted in the popular media.

Why do you offend like this those that have dedicated their lives for the beautiful ideal of restoring Monarchy? It is certainly not their fault if their aspirations do not coincide with those of Elisabeta Palace.

Lets move back to the topic of the thread - namely news and current events of Crown Princess Margarita and Prince Radu. We can discuss topics relating to the King and Queen, restoration of the Monarchy etc in their respective threads.

Familia Regală în mijlocul promoției de ingineri “Regele Carol I”
Their Royal Highnesses Crown Princess Margareta and Prince Radu attended the closing ceremony of the University of Polytechnics in Bucharest yesterday. According to the story, the crowd sang the Royal Anthem of Romania, for the first time in nearly six decades at the university grounds.
Great to see the royal couple out and about, and the youth engaging with the Crown Princess, representing the monarchy.

Today is a Service of Blessing due to 20 years of marriage of crown princess Margareta and prince Radu, at the Coronation Cathedral of Alba Iulia. The service is followed by a wedding breakfast.
The editor-in-chief of swedish royal magazine Kungliga Magasinet, Roger Lundgren, has been invited to the events. The invitation at his Instagram

On Prince Radu's blog plenty of pictures.
Such a Royal Event in a poor Republic is too much !
( half of the attendence must be people of abroad such as editors in chief of Royal magazines.)
