Prince Albert was in Switzerland, today, April 9, 2014.
He gave a speech in front of the new experimental aircraft "Solar Impulse 2" during the official presentation at the airbase in Payerne.
A Swiss team with pilots Bertrand Piccard and Andre Borschberg is planning to complete the first round-the-world solar flight next year with this plane, which they say could remain in the air indefinitely.

On May 20 Prince Albert attended the signing of an agreement between Amber Lounge, Fragrance Du Bois and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation. The collaboration will contribute to the preservation of forest ecosystems. For each perfume sold, two trees, teak and aquiliaria will be planted in Asia in the Asia Plantation Capital sustainable farms.

I LOVE this!!!!  I love Prince Albert's dedication to the environment and how he has influenced others with such an important topic that affects ALL of mankind. After all we are only the stewards of this wonderful place we call earth.
