I found some information from an article regarding Diana's death

This makes me a bit confused because correct me if I am mistake but Diana's injuries were mostly internal and there was no injury to her face.
Taking all this into account do you agree there would have been no reason not to have an open casket at the private Chapel before the funeral? It would have given William and Harry the chance to say a proper goodbye to there mother.
