Prince of Asturias will represent Spain in capture possession García
The Ministers' Council approved today a royal decree of Presidency of the Government by which the Prince of Asturias is awarded the representation of Spain in the acts of capture of possession of the president of the Republic of Peru, Alan García.
García's investiture, which already exercised the Headquarters of the Peruvian State between 1985 and 1990, will take place next July 28 and, besides Don Felipe de Borbón, the assistance is foreseen to the same one of the presidents of Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras and Paraguay.
García will receive the transfer of hand power of the current president, Alejandro Toledo, after winning the nationalist Ollanta Humala with 52,6 per cent of the votes, in the second celebrated return of the presidential elections last June 4.

As expected, the Prince of Asturias is going to interrupt his vacations, to attend the swearing-in ceremonies of the new Peruvian president (next July 26-28th) and of the president of Colombia (next August 8th).

Before Leonor was born she was accompanying him always, this year has not accompanied him on any of the trips, but the first one was when Letizia still had not rejoined to the official activities, and the others when the girl still was very little. These trips are very brief but very tired, the trip is long and the hourly big difference. Last week already travelled to China, so it can be that she accompanies him this time.

I think it is probably that she wont go to latin america, she can use this time to be with Leonor and those trips are always very tiring, so the fact that he has gone alone in the last trip can be a good reason to support her to stay at home some more time with the baby.

Letizia has travelled to China, and this trip is equal of length that the trips to Latin America. Up to 6 months Leonor was too small (the previous trips), but before or later her mother has to recapture the long trips. Those who worse pass it are the Princes, Leonor remains always to the care of people who takes care and loves her.

Vilallonga attacks: "Don Felipe has a fat problem: the charisma of the King not hereda"@Redaccio'n Friday, 11 of August of 2006 size of the text the aristocrat and writer, Jose Luis de Vilallonga, settled down in an island of high lineage in the summer periods like Majorca, follows without hairs in the language and the future says and desdice on Spanish Crown. In an interview granted to the Newspaper Ibiza, the author of the only authorized biography of King Juan Carlos, it assured that Prince Felipe has "a fat problem, fat: the charisma of the King is not inherited, the charisma of Don Juan Carlos is of him, is his. The son, which can do, is to imitate to him, which would be bad to the force, and what it has left it is to be he himself. Don Felipe still is very young and has much to learn. Although the papa charisma is not inherited, much is always learned of which you see and what you hear. The base is good ". She is not either that the marriage does much grace to him of the heir with Doña Letizia, "I I do not believe that a person who lives in estatus normal says: from now on, future queen of Spain. That is learned in the real family. And the person who comes from outside has it very difficult. They are not things that are learned of a day for another one, but from pequeñito and oyendo and oyendo every day. Now, that this lady can be perfect queen of Spain? Then, why no ". With respect to future Queen Leonor, the aristocrat was doubtful: "the ghost of the Republic will return whenever the one that does of King or Queen is not to the height or falls unpleasant. That is question of them (the Monarchy). Spain has worked last the twenty-five years with a Monarchy perfectly well. I do not believe that there is people at the moment in Spain that says: ay, if we had the Republic. Twenty-five years in the life of a town are many. Hopefully they come twenty-five more just as the pasts ".
