They are three bracelets. If I am not wrong, each of them has the letters who make one different name: Leonor, Sofia and Carla, Letizia's niece.

This earrings remind me alot of a pair of Aquamarine earrings Princess Mary uses to wear sometimes.

honestly they look like put together from the leftovers of the strange zipper design of the dress, maybe barsi had the "inspiring" idea to form some earrings out of key rings

Yes she has worn the Mellerio Shell (spelling ?) Tiara once - and incidently it was the last time she wore the skirt and top which she wears tonight

I've never seen a brooch worn towards the bottom of the sash like that. Is it possible that the brooch is a detachable part of the fleur-de-lis crown/tiara?

the brooch is a loan from sofia's jewellery box, she's even wearing it on her official picture (see on top of sash):

for letizia that's a vast improvement since last time she was caught wearing a safety pin instead of a proper brooch.

OMG!!!! I sympathize with the Royal Family for the embarrassment she caused them!

I still don't understand anchoring the sash at the hip. It makes more sense to anchor it with a brooch up by the shoulder to prevent it from slipping off.

i have to correct myself - when looking closer at sofia's brooch it is much "heavier" than letizia's, still the same fleur de lys design.

it's definitely different brooches so either letizia got her own or sofia had a spare one.
