No offence to the Gloucesters but I've always thought that whenever they go out to do an engagement the people meeting them have no clue who they are. I know that could also be said of the Duke of Kent and Princess Alexandra nowadays but they used to be well known. Even as far back as the 70's and 80's I'd say virtually no one in the UK would have been familiar with them.
