Did they actually attend the parade or were these pictures taken at the party of Elizabeth Shakerley? What a difference a hairstyle can make for an outfit: Máxima looked 10 times better during Queensdag with an updo. It seems that for this *minor* occassion she couldn't be bothered to wear a hat, or at least use a brush.'

And their attendence hasn't been mentioned by the RVD, who labels it as 'private'. Sigh.

Does anybody have a picture of the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg's complete outfit? The upper part looked very nice.

hola reports that WA and Maxima did attend the parade and also a lunch celebrated at the coworth park hotel (is this lady shakerley's party?). they also mention that HM queen beatrix did not attend the dinner hosted by charles and camilla as she visited her son in hospital "before coming back home" (i guess by home they mean the netherlands and not her hotel in london, so maybe beatrix didn't attend the parade and it was WA and M who represented her?).
