Lovely to see Peter and Lindsay out and about together. We haven't heard much from those two lately but I was hoping they were still together. Hopefully we'll see them both at the Coronation, the concert, etc. as we did at the Jubilee.

The article mentions two different times that Peter wore a black suit, a white shirt, black tie, and black dress shoes.

Peter Phillips gave an interview to Sky News:

Not sure why he decided to give the interview during his visit to Australia but he handled it really well - especially the many questions about his family.

Peter was in Australia in his role as UK Honorary Ambassador of the charity ISPS Handa (in support of athletes with disabilities), so maybe the main intention of the interview had rather been to talk about the charity and his journey to Australia, but the media and sky news itself focussed on the family topics instead.

They did start out with that topic (on which he kept pointing out that it was not his initiative (and in that way being honored for something that he didn't do, so well done) but that he was happy to support this important initiative - so, he didn't ) but quite quickly moved to family issues. He also stressed many times how he comes to Australia each year and how the various family members love visiting Australia.

Well whoever the ‘friend of the couple’ is, speaking off record to a member of the press is not the behaviour of someone you’d want as a close friend! Unless, of course, Peter deliberately wanted it to be leaked .

There is always the possibility that they both were happy for it to come out, it saves lots of speculation when they did not turn up at various events as a couple.
