From November 29 to December 1, TRH The Crown Princess and Prince Daniel visit Great Britain together with ministers Pål Jonson and Andreas Carlson.
The visit takes place at the request of the government. The purpose of the visit is to consolidate and promote the long-standing and very good relations between Sweden and Great Britain.

Wednesday November 29
Visit to Ukrainian soldiers, Eastern England
The visit to Great Britain begins when the Crown Princess Couple, together with the Minister for Defence Pål Jonson, meet Ukrainian soldiers, who are being trained in Great Britain under Swedish leadership within the framework of "Operation Interflex".
Pub lunch, Woodditton, Cambridgeshire
The Crown Princess and Prince Daniel meet a pub owner at lunchtime for a conversation about the English pub culture and a presentation of the East Anglia region.
Visit to Imperial College Innovation Hub, London W12
The Crown Princess couple, the Minister for Defense and the State Secretary in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs Håkan Jevrell visit the White City Campus, a part of Imperial College which is under construction. The visit includes i.a. NATO's accelerator for defense innovation, DIANA, focusing on how innovation can be accelerated in defense and security.
International Maritime Organization (IMO) Council Candidacy Reception, Ambassador's Residence, London W1
During the evening, the Crown Princess Couple and the Minister for Infrastructure Andreas Carlson attend a reception in the Swedish residence on the occasion of Sweden's candidacy for a seat on the IMO Council.
Sustainability themed dinner, National History Museum, London SW7
Later that evening, the Crown Princess Couple are guests of honor when Business Sweden and the Embassy host a dinner, the theme of which is the importance of cooperation in sustainability, innovation and security, as well as the importance of progress in the climate negotiations during COP28, for British and Swedish companies. The Minister for Infrastructure and State Secretary Jevrell will also attend the dinner.

Breakfast with Swedish start-up company, German Gymnasium, Kings cross, London N1
During Thursday morning, the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel, together with the Minister for Infrastructure and State Secretary Jevrell, meet representatives of Swedish Mindler to share the company's experiences from establishing companies in Great Britain.
Meeting with TRH The Prince and Princess of Wales, Windsor Castle, Windsor
During the morning, the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel are received by the Prince and Princess of Wales at Windsor Castle.
Visit to Kew Gardens, Richmond
During the afternoon, the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel, accompanied by the Minister for Infrastructure, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Richmond to take part in various international research projects for the promotion of biodiversity. In Kew Gardens, the Crown Princess also plants a tree as a memory of the visit.
Attendance at the conference Outer Thinking – the Swedish-British Summit, Nobu Hotel, London W1
During the afternoon, the Crown Princess Couple, the Minister for Infrastructure and State Secretary Jevrell attend a conference arranged by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in London, to which British and Swedish business representatives, academics and politicians are invited to speak.
Attendance at Royal Variety Performance with TRH The Prince and Princess of Wales, Royal Albert Hall, London SW7
During Thursday evening, the Royal Variety Performance is given in the Royal Albert Hall. The Crown Princess and Prince Daniel attend at the invitation of the Prince and Princess of Wales. The gala, which is televised in the UK, is given annually to benefit British cultural and entertainment practitioners.

Visit to Cranfield University, School of Aerospace and Aviation Research Technology Centre, Cranfield, Bedfordshire
The Crown Princess, Prince Daniel and the Minister for Infrastructure will visit the University of Cranfield on Friday. At the university, they get to take part in Swedish-British collaborations between academia and industry in green transition and future transport.
Life Science Lunch, Ambassador's Residence, London W1
During a lunch in the Swedish residence, with invited British politicians as well as business and academia, attention is paid to the collaborations that have come about within the framework of the bilateral memorandum of understanding between Great Britain and Sweden regarding life science that was written in 2022.
Advent "fika" with Swedes living in London, Church of Sweden, London W1
As an introduction to the first Advent weekend, the Crown Princess couple visit the Swedish Church in London. During the visit, the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel meet parts of the Swedish colony in the British capital for a joint Advent fika. The visit to the church ends the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel's official visit to Great Britain.
