There is a VERY, VERY glaring height disparity between the two. Not even from a distance could you mistake them for being the same height. I absolutely believe you could have saw them. You can believe me or not....but I saw Prince Félix two fridays ago leaving Rome Fiumicino Airport...I first noticed he and his girlfriend in the restaurant and we were besides eachother....and I afterwards I saw them walking in the terminal looking the shops. There was plenty of time as all the flights were delayed due as it was snowing in Rome Airport. I saw them a third time when they were heading to their exit because the passed by mine exit. I can surely state that Prince Félix is same size as his girlfriend...and he is quite slim.

Moreover, you said you've seen a hundred of pictures....but if you look at this picture (Prince Felix & Claire Lademacher picture by 19violeta76 - Photobucket) they seem same size, or she seems taller.....pictures are not misleading.....
I didn't even know he was dating a girlfriend....I discovered it at the airport as they were kissing (actually she was kissing him a lot)....

At the end of the day....I trust what I saw.....she is as tall as he is!
 
I wonder if they get married.Psychologically they match very well each other,but physically no,I don't like when the woman seems very tall near her man.It's just my subjective opinion

I've seen claire and F few times (as I said before I was on that wedding u posted pic from and on next 2 weeks later where claire wore exactly the same outfit) she was wearing heels and was towering above him. they almost the same height if she is wearing flats

She is absolutely not the same height as Felix. Period. The only reason I think this is an issue is because it is so glaringly obvious when you see them that it makes me wonder if you really recognized Felix and Claire. As, you say you didn't even know he was dating. How then would you have recognized Claire? I think from a distance it is possible to think they are the same height except for when they were kissing and she had to lean her chin up to reach his face.

They are both very thin and she does kiss him with annoying frequency. :ermm: AFIAK, Felix had already arrived in Swiss the week before to visit with friends. He could have returned to Rome and then left again. Not the smoothest of travel plans but I guess no sweat for the jet set. :ermm:

Sure, they look the same height in the PdV pic because he is very obviously leaning back. She wore some strappy heels that match her gold purse :sick:. I've seen more than a few pics. I'm not the only one. One picture could be misleading but I seriously doubt that she would appear 3-5 inches shorter in 50 if they were the same height.

Felix and Claire were pictured several months ago in PdV and I mentioned that he was dating Claire several months before that. You recognized Claire but you missed the months of chatter about their relationship?

Anyway, I always say that Felix is so affectionate with his female friends that you would think he was dating half of them if you just saw them together.

I have no problem believing that they were in the airport together (she is invariably wherever he is) or that you saw them. I do have a problem believing that she is taller in flats. I know this is not accurate. Either you misjudged them or it is mistaken identity. I suppose it would be too much to have asked for you to take a camera phone picture while you were carefully observing them. :sad:

I know you pulled her aside and discussed the too short orangy-red disaster and the gold accessories with her, right?:D I thought she looked around the same height in those shoes. In the black and white Letizia heels from later she probably made him look as short as Guillaume. Meow, I've forgotten that I said I was going to fully support a Felaire match-up.

Lenora: please elaborate on the points of the/a psychological match up. I only took 3 semesters of psychology and I can't say it was my favorite subject.

I am sorry but I am sure he was Prince Félix! I didn't recognize him at first as he has now a light beard and I recognized him because his smile. As for Claire I discovered it was Claire when I returned to this forum (I am not always here...) and I discovered her name....as I didn't know about them. By the way....as the airport girl was kissing him....it should be...his girlfriend. As for the height....I don't know what to say...and really it is not so important....I saw them in person and very close...and it is not the first time I see royals or VIPs! I am not the person to use my phone in order to take picture of them in private moments.....

PS. Even the post before mine says that they are the same height....and remember....pictures are misleading....

Two weeks ago at the Airport he had a beard similar to that of Prince Guillaume but a bit sparser....
 
Princeandrew, that's so cool that you saw Felix in person! I'm glad he seemed like a normal person. Do you know if he and Claire were both heading to Luxembourg? Or were they taking separate flights?

I guess they were heading to Lux as there was a flight scheduled in an hour time....and for sure they were together as I saw them walking hand by hand towards the gate...

On December 11th and 12th Felix was clean shaved and in Switzerland. Even if he stopped shaving for the entire week starting that weekend he would not have had a beard like Guillaume by the time you saw him on the 17th. I know this for certain. If you saw a man with a beard resembling Guillaume's, even sparsely, it was not Felix. The poor guy doesn't have Guillaume's ability to grow a full luscious beard. He's a hairy guy but I don't think they make Miracle Grow for beards. I doubt if even the beardtastic Guillaume could accomplish the feat of growing anything resembling a beard in 6 days flat.

Claire is not taller. She's visibly shorter, despite her better than average height. If you saw them kissing you could not have possibly missed the disparity in their height. As I said, her neck/chin make a very obviously incline up to reach his. If you saw a man with a beard kissing a woman in regular shoes that was taller...I'm just saying that cannot describe Felix with Claire at that particular moment.

She said he was taller IN HEELS. Not on flats. I'm sure she does tower over him in those heels. She was probably over 6' in the second set of shoes that Faith is referring to.

Anyway, It hardly matters in the grand scheme of things. I hope that you had a safe journey to wherever.

It was exactly the 17th. They were heading Lux with a Luxair Flight from Rome FCO. I am afraid to tell you that I saw Prince Felix and his girlfriend...he had a sparsely beard similar (but sparser) to that of Prince Guillaume and he was with a grilfriend same height as him. I recognized him by his smile (his teeth are quite particular) and I have to add that being a man I KNOW for sure that that beard can grow in three days or less it depends from person to person. I am sorry if Prince Félix missed to tell you that he wasn't shaving.....

To be honest with you, I got the same impression as you upon seeing his pictures... also he seems to be a playboy to me. But I don't know him, so I can't say what is true.
 
They are newly added to the site. But judging by background they're from summer/autumn.
 
Nice pics, but I still do miss his long hair! Being very handsome, he looks like a banker, though...
 
It seems that Felix is the only son who has inherited the Spanish looks of his maternal grand-father .

He's very handsome but that tennis outfit is awful! He looks like he's wearing his undershirt, business socks, and a pair of boxer shorts he borrowed from a guy about 50 pounds heavier than him. :)

I think it's pretty much a done deal then. Luxembourgish media aren't the ones to be "hungry" to publish pictures of their royal family in more or less private situations. The first time they reported about Stephanie was when Guillaume publicly revealed that he had a girlfriend and that she was Belgian. And they never reported about any of Guillaume or Felix's other girlfriends. Tessy wasn't known to the public before Gabriel either. Both the family and the press are very discreet.
 
And it's not only Wort that is reporting...

The one on Luxarazzi is by far the most extensive. Claire sounds like a perfect princess; pretty, well educated and with both feed on the ground. Her familiar background also sounds really nice.
